Jennifer Aniston decided to celebrate her beloved dog’s passing with an elegant tattoo. Norman, a Welsh Corgi-terrier mix and Aniston’s canine companion for the past 15 years, passed away May 2011, but will continue to follow Aniston wherever she goes — ever present on the inside of her right foot. The tattoo simply reads ‘Norman’ in a simple script font. According to Aniston, it is just her personal way of paying homage to him forever. From all of us here on the PAWSH team, our deepest condolences for your loss Jenn!
Would you ever consider commemorating your pet with a tattoo? If yes, what kind? If no, why not? We’d love to hear your thoughts on this!
You know, I think that’s a great idea. My only problem is that I would end up having so many tattoos.
Absolutely! I had already decided to do this when I got my two as puppies! I just couldn’t living my life without them, and this would be a way of always having them close to you! …. I think I would get something that symbolized their names (a Daisy for Daisy, and a crown for Rex which means king in latin …as well as their names)
