Pet A Potty

Source

A pet’s place of business can be a tiresome thing. Let’s face it, this is not the most savoury of subjects and until Fido learns how to pick up after himself the owners are left with the charming task of cleaning up.  But all of those washroom wallows may be a thing of the past with the addition of a reliable Pet-A-Potty to your household. Here’s why:

The Pet-A-Potty was designed with pets and their people in mind. First of all, it is practical. Each box is easy-to-clean and contains a patch of Soiless Sod — real grass and entices your pup to mark it as their own, if you get our drift. There is also a synthetic sod option for those canines that don’t require as much authenticity.

The front panel of the Pet-A-Potty flips down to reveal a hidden tray that collects your pet’s waste and can be easily removed for simple and effective cleaning. Think of it like a litter box for dogs that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor usage!

But that’s not all we love about this clever invention! The Pet-A-Potty is a clean, crisp and modern design that lends itself beautifully to any space, from balconies, to studios, to backyards! Plus it comes with a gorgeous ceramic hydrant decoration to give it a little extra sumthin’ sumthin’ from an aesthetic point of view when not occupied by your dog. Oh, and no need to be alarmed! The hydrants are constructed from a non-absorbent material meaning no lingering smells will invade your household.

Available in a wide range of sizes from the itty-bitty ‘Mini’ to the huge honking ‘Super’ the Pet-A-Potty offers you an easy way to keep your dog’s business contained in one stylish space.

sour

True, we’ve already shared this incredible book entitled Pet Projects: The Animal Knits Bible with you in our last issue (pg. 82 in the ‘Tails to Wag About’ section, in case you missed it).  However, with back to school season just around the corner and the promise of fall lingering on the air, we felt the need to gush a little more about soft cuddly knits! Authors Sally Muir and Joanna Osborne demonstrate an adorable knitting project for every kind of pet imaginable! Scarves for dogs, blankets for horses, houses for hamsters, even a sleep-away tent for turtles! Brimming with wonderfully innovative patterns and ways to help keep your pet snug as a bug in a rug this fall, Pet Projects is definitely going on our holiday wishlist!

The BEST Proposal EVER!

All photos by Bark Pet Photography

Imagine this. It’s a beautiful day. The sun is shining, the birds are singing and you and your significant other are enjoying a nice relaxing walk with the dogs. Suddenly, your partner cries out, “Oh no! Luigi (the dog) has a thorn in his foot!” and drops to one knee beside the pooch in question. You immediately crouch down to take a look, but instead of discovering your pup in pain you find a shiny new tag on his collar that reads “Marry Me?” Your guy then produces a ring from his pocket and asks you that most memorable question himself….

This is exactly what happened for one loving couple this past weekend in LA and the entire moment was captured beautifully by our friends at Bark Pet Photography. There are so many other heart-melting details that accompany this proposal, be sure to hop on over to Bark Pet Photography’s photo page to read the complete story and see loads of extra gorgeous photos. Great work guys and many happy wishes to the newly engaged lovebirds! This is absolutely the BEST proposal we have ever heard of — sweet, thoughtful, pet-friendly and oh-so romantic. Swoon!
