Yeh-Bbi: Pet of the Week

Congratulations to Yeh-Bbi (her name means ‘pretty’ in Korean) for being this week’s Thursday Furball! An adorable four-year-old Shih-Tzu, this little girl was adopted through Happy Angels Dog Rescue in LA, California — an organization that partners with another rescue in South Korea to save dogs from canine farms. In her new loving home, Yeh-Bbi’s loving and playful personality started to shine! She loves children and her little butterfly stuffed toy. She also enjoys spending time at the beach — what California girl doesn’t?

Also, congratulations to Sadie the Shih-Tzu for being voted June 2011’s Pet of the Month. Be sure to email us your contact information Sadie so that we can get you your prize!

And one more congratulations this morning! Laura Souza was voted the winner of PAWSH’s Biggest Giveaway Ever! Same thing for you Laura, be sure to send us your contact information. So much to celebrate this morning!

Blinky

Hopeful Hearts has a new little girl in need of a doting family and loving forever home. Meet Blinky, a nine-week-old lab mix who was born completely blind. A true darling through and through this adorable baby girl is fun, silly, smart and extremely playful. She has no idea that she is different from other pups. Although she will have to learn where things are in her new home (so she doesn’t bump into them), she is a fast learner with an excellent memory. Some other things to know about Blinky: she adores children, loves to snuggle and thrives in an environment where she is not pitied, but rather embraced for all of the wonderful things she can do. Also, Hopeful Hearts will continue to care for Blinky’s eyes and will cover spaying costs when the time is right. If you would like to welcome this pup into your home, or know somebody who would, please share this post and visit Hopeful Hearts’ website.
