They say ‘like dog, like owner’ — a sentiment that is truly put to the test during WAG’s annual Do You Look Like Your Dog Contest? On June 4th WAG will be raising money for the Ottawa Humane Society through this stylish snazzy contest. The incredibly talented Suzanne Bird from Urban Dog Photography will be on site taking these photographs and her artistic eye can make anyone look like a canine clone! So bring your pooch and your mug and come out for some fun! Participants have a chance to win utterly fabulous prizes, including an iPAD2, and will receive an 8×8 copy of their photo too!

This weekend PAWSH’s very own Allison Vorstenbosch, author of such wonderful PAWSH articles like “Healthy Shine Fur-Sure” and “Love Bites: Puppy Nip No-Nos,” is participating in Purina’s Walk For Guide Dogs!  This is a wonderful event destined to raise funds for an invaluable cause.
