When Katrina and Al adopted two adorable little puppies, they wanted to get some family portraits to remember and celebrate this time of their lives. Clifford and Norman (the pups), are Shih Tzu poodle mixes, resembling mini Ewoks. And what is the ideal setting for an Ottawa dog photographer to photograph two Ewok-looking fur-monsters? Why in Ottawa’s Arboretum, of course! Thanks to the abundance of space for the pups to run around, Clifford and Norman were able to frolic and sniff until their hearts were content! The result? Energetic and honest moments that are bursting with heart!
There is something so sweet about sibling pups — they way they follow each other around, the way they watch out for one another, their antics and goofy play. Watching these two frolic about in the beautiful fall leaves instantly makes you grin. Puppy portraits are all about scruffy, free-spirited moments with their delightful humans and this portrait session definitely delivers.
